Brian Latman
Born and raised in the south suburbs, Brian is proud to call Homewood, Illinois, home. Brian is an alum of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. He presently resides in the Homewood area with his wife, two sons, and daughter. As an active member of the community, Brian has managed and coached both baseball and softball with Homewood Baseball at the Izaak Walton Preserve and assisted in coaching girl’s softball and basketball at Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School. Since 2008, Brian has been a licensed health and life insurance broker. Brian’s mantra is that customer service and satisfaction are his number one goal.

Nakiva M. Richards-Daniels
Hello, my name is Nakiva Richards-Daniels and I'm originally from Southeastern Wisconsin. New to the Homewood/Flossmoor community, I am excited to help people and that's why I became an insurance agent. It's my goal to help clients understand what insurance policies make sense for them while providing proper coverage. I love to serve my community by helping them to have peace of mind in those "What if" situations.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending my time going out into the community and meeting new people. You might see me dressed down and grubby, I like to work on houses that are in great need of fixing up and remodeling.
